The kegel kit to end all kits! 

Alright, aside from the B-Vibe Anal Training Kit, the Wellness Kegel Training Kit was one of my favorite packaged gifts to receive. You can easily keep all of the products inside nestled away for storage. It comes with 6 kegel balls and two holders made with soft silicone. The kit also includes an information packet to put your mind at ease if you’re new to pelvic floor exercising. There are 9 different weight combinations that you can filter through, making this a perfect ‘one stop shop’ for your kegel needs. But overall, the most impressive part of this is the PRICE. Instead of spending about 20-30$ on one single kegel weight and knowing you’ll return to buy heavier ones in the future, you can spend 30$ on this set and be good to go for the duration of your kegel journey.

The kegel balls are easy to clean, simply pop them out of their sheaths and give them a quick wash. The balls were not only comfortable, but within a few weeks of using them sparingly while cleaning the house and walking around, I was easily able to notice a difference. Flexing and doing kegels on my own without the balls showed me just how much clenching I could do without the balls even inside, something that I was not as strongly able to do before.
