Foods to Assist with the Taste of Orgasm

Last month I wrote a blog on the negative impacts of sugar and vaginal health. So we know there are goods to avoid to prevent things like yeast infections or bitter tastes. This blog was focused on those with a vagina, primarily.

But good news! There’s things anyone can do that will improve the taste/smell of your vagina or the taste of your cum.

For those with a vagina

1.) Pineapple

2.) Celery

3.) RED grapes

4.) Cranberry juice (NOT cranberry juice COCKTAIL)

5.) Yogurt

6.) Watermelon

7.) Mint

8.) Water, water, water!

9.) Strawberries

10.) Oranges

11.) Cinnamon

For those with a penis

1.) Fruits (Citrus fruits are better, specifically pineapple, banana, oranges and papaya.)

2.) Spices (Cinnamon and nutmeg.)

3.) Peppermint

Fruits, specifically citrus fruits, were the most recommended for both men and women. It was also cautioned to stay away from foods like onion, garlic, red meats, dairy, fish, processed foods.

 

While you can help improve your taste, your cannot completely alter your taste. You’re not a five-star dining experience but you can help improve it slightly. Just be sure to avoid the foods mentioned above as well as sugars!
