Cordelia is back with some education about informative sex books!

Over the last few months, I’ve gotten more and more into my own sexuality and exploring it with my partner while working on improving our relationship. Here are a few books that I’ve found that I recommend you look into to help with you, your relationship, and your sex life. These are books I’ve either read or have on my life to read!

The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman

I found this book during a time where my relationship was SUPER rocky. After reading it, I was able to find out a lot more about my partner, some things I was doing wrong and how we could work as a team to improve those issues. I love this book, I think everyone and their partner should read it!

Kama Sutra –

Beginners Guide; Tips and Techniques to Master the Art of Kama Sutra Love Making by Crystal Hardie – This book had some of the top rankings for Kama Sutra books and after exploring it and want to learn more about it, this is the book I went with.

69 Sex Positions essential moves to spice up your sex life by Sam Jones

– I haven’t picked this one up yet but since my current new “thing” is finding new positions (seriously, it’s difficult finding ones that work with a shoulder that makes things difficult) but this one is top on my list based on the reviews and rankings I found.

The Little Black Book of Sex Positions by Dan Baritchi

This book is another that has hundreds of positions to give a go. This book ranks in the low 20s in almost every category and the reviews were outstanding. Again, this is another one to spice things up.

She Comes First by Ian Kerner –

This book is geared more towards men and helping them change their mentality on pleasuring a woman. I was hesitant on this one but after reading the reviews and checking the ranks (Which are all 5 or lower, by the way…) This book is a male must read to understand your woman. That said, this book is also written by a licensed psychotherapist who is also a nationally recognized sex counselor. His specialty is sex and couples therapy. Give this book a go if you find you’re having trouble getting your lady to orgasm!

131 Dirty Talk Examples by Elizabeth Cramer

This book is definitely geared more toward people that are new to dirty talk, struggle with it, or stay a bit on the shy side. This book talks about dirty talk, how to get started and a bullet point list of dirty things you can say during different times (Like when you’re getting in the mood, during foreplay, during sex, and while you’re orgasming.) So, if you’re new to this, give this book a go, some people found it really helpful while others didn’t. I wish I knew about this book when I first started having sex.
